When we get good and fresh Burrata we like to offer this specialty of Puglia, Tommaso´s  land, with rucola, tomatoes and of course extra virgin olive oil.

The burrata is a cool cheese Italian and although it seem a little descriptive name for a cheese, has a simple linguistic explanation. Butter translated to the Italian is %or201Cburro%or201D, like the cuadrúpedo, like this then , %or201Cburrata%or201D does not mean an atrocity, but simply mantecoso.
